Behavioral health and AI - NatCon24

The Paubox team is in St. Louis, MO, for NatCon24, a mental and behavioral health conference by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. We met a broad range of mental health professionals across the entire community and discussed how HIPAA compliant email improves patient engagement, education, and prevention. 

Highlights:

• Paubox is a perfect fit for mental health professionals, and the feedback we received at our booth was unanimous - portals and multi-step email encryption can be a significant barrier for vulnerable, at-risk populations. However, with Paubox's zero-step encryption, the process is seamless and user-friendly, making it a clear winner.
• Paubox Marketing's use cases around prevention and program adherence got people excited. Mental health professionals appreciate how automation and personalized outreach can change outcomes.
• AI still looms large, with many presentations focusing on integrating AI with behavioral health practices. 
• As always, our signature light-up Paubox sunglasses were a big hit, and we'd handed out 400 pairs by noon on day 1.
• There were dogs (and puppies!)
• Michelle Obama was a speaker on the final day
