My wife and I attended our third Bridge Bank Tech CEO Retreat in Napa Valley.
What's happening: Via an invite from Larry Sherman (Senior Director, Technology Banking), we joined Bridge Bank staff and fellow tech CEOs for an all-inclusive stay at Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley.
Activities included a VC Panel moderated by Dan Primack (Axios), spa treatments, dinner, and private wine tasting.
VC panel: Dan Primack of Axios moderated an off-the-record panel titled "Trends in Technology and Venture Capital." It featured Brett Gibson (Initialized Capital) and Neil Sequeira (Defy Ventures).
My takeaways:
- Carneros Resort and Spa was over-the-top wonderful. Wow.
- I used to feel guilty about attending these plush retreats. My sentiments were ill-founded, however. I level up at these functions, thanks to new learnings from fellow tech CEOs.
Enjoy the pics!
