Via an invite from Andrew and Christine Lanning of Integrated Security Technologies, I attended the “Fresh Leadership EOS Happy Hour” last night at The Pacific Club in Honolulu.
What’s happening: Craig Chong, Founder of Fresh Leadership and a professional EOS Implementer, hosted the event with his wife, Sandy.
EOS Model?: The EOS Model is a visual illustration of the Six Key Components of any business that must be managed and strengthened to be a great organization. This model applies to entrepreneurial businesses in any industry.
My takeaways:
- There were about 20 entrepreneurs in attendance
- There are now 800 EOS Implementers globally
- “Businesses grow like kids” Craig Chong
- “His brilliance is his simplicity” Craig re: Gino Wickman (creator of the EOS Model)
The big picture: Since reading Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business in 2021, we’ve self-implemented the EOS Model.
