Today, we held our quarterly Paubox Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting.
What's happening: Last year, a customer suggested that we create a CAB. We followed his advice and held our first CAB meeting in March.
Meeting highlights: Held quarterly, here's the good stuff from today's CAB meeting:
- Paubox Texting matters more than ever, particularly with the upcoming integration into Paubox Marketing. This was discussed in the previous CAB meeting, and we've made huge headway toward making this a reality.
- Paubox COO Rick Kuwahara walked through our Q1 engineering wins and upcoming features and enhancements to Paubox Texting, Paubox Marketing, and Paubox Forms.
- Inbound security was a hot topic. With spam and phishing attacks ever-changing, we discussed current defensive strategies and suggested features.
- Dean Levitt, VP of Marketing, discussed healthcare industry trends in email marketing. In Q1, 2024, view rates were an incredible 44% on average, while Drip Campaigns saw a higher view and click-through rate than regular marketing emails.
- The reason is likely more personalization and relevance - a strength of HIPAA compliant email marketing.
- Value-based care (VBC) is a powerful trend in the healthcare industry, and the board shared stories about the challenges of VBC adoption.
- The board agreed that Paubox Zoom Social Mixers are valuable in fostering a sense of community, and we resolved to make more time for peer-to-peer discussions and group problem-solving.
The bottom line: The Paubox CAB is a core example of our commitment to customer feedback, a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations.
