A word from one of this year's recipients, Joshua Parker. Joshua will be attending Harvard University and studying Computer Science.
Joshua Parker: Aloha no kakou! I'm Joshua Kahalelaukanaka Parker and I'm honored to be a recipient of the 2021 Paubox Kahikina Scholarship. This scholarship not only will assist my family in paying for my college education, but also symbolizes an investment in upcoming generations of Kanaka students. Mr. Hoala Greevy and the rest of the amazing Paubox ohana, thank you for your support and generosity. Aloha!
The primary objective of the Paubox Kahikina STEM Scholarship is to encourage Native Hawaiians to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). The Paubox Kahikina STEM Scholarship is recurring in nature. In other words, recipients receive $1,000 per year until they graduate (5 year maximum).
Every Friday we'll bring you the most important news from Paubox. Our aim is to make you smarter, faster.
