With so many changes in the healthcare industry having taken place in the last ten years, what lies in the future of the medical billing industry? Juli Quinn, President of RSABill, shares her thoughts.

Juli Quinn: The future of the medical billing industry
Hoala Greevy: Where do you see the future of your industry going?
Juli Quinn: That’s a great question. And we all wish we had a crystal ball. There’s been so many changes in Healthcare just in the last 10 years, I anticipate it’s going to keep changing. What will it look like? I'm not sure. It will be different, but I am very optimistic that we’re going to all still be here. We’re going to still have doctors and a need for getting them paid. I don't see us going to a complete socialized medicine model where doctors are not reporting to be compensated for their services. So we're still going to be relevant. How is it going to look? It's going to be a lot more technology, I would expect, and it's going to maybe even be a video medicine replacing going to the doctor in some cases. So it’s going to be exciting to see it develop and unfold. You know, medicine is a fabulous field. It’s science, it’s business and it’s personal relationship all wrapped into one field. It’s really fantastic. I’m excited to be a part of it.
