The Paubox team was in Austin, Texas, to attend HCIC 2024. The event was an excellent opportunity to introduce attendees to Paubox's email and texting marketing product and meet with customers, too. We love marketing-focused events because we can showcase how genuinely innovative Paubox Marketing is in allowing for personalization in email marketing while staying HIPAA compliant.

 

What is HCIC?

HCIC is the premier conference where executive and senior marketing, digital health, and patient experience leaders come to focus on the business and transformation of healthcare. HCIC is where marketing, digital, and the consumer experience converge! HCIC opened on Sunday with an awards program, followed by three days of educational sessions, keynotes, and panel discussions.

 

Highlights and takeaways

  • We met with several Paubox customers, which has always been our favorite part of attending events.
  • Most conversations were about Paubox Marketing and Paubox Texting and how they work together for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • The HCIC agenda was refreshingly practical, with great topics like content strategy, partnerships, and podcasting.
