Its purpose is to offer financial support and create a strong network for these students. The scholarship makes education more affordable and connects students with professionals, giving them valuable opportunities to learn and grow in their chosen STEM or Tech fields. This scholarship is about more than just money; it's about building a community and empowering Native Hawaiian students to succeed in STEM or Tech careers.

As a recent Punahou School graduate, scholarship recipient Allena Villanueva now attends the University of Southern California and majors in computer science. Here is a word from Allena Villanueva:
"This year, I had an absolute blast at USC expanding my knowledge on programming, math, and so much more. I joined many clubs such as the Hawaiʻi Club and Women in Computing. I look forward to serving on the leadership boards of both clubs this coming year. I look forward to another amazing and exciting year ahead at USC!
