Paubox Texting now supports the ability to send attachments. This applies to HIPAA compliant text messages sent to both iPhone and Android devices.
How it works: Within the Paubox Dashboard:
- Navigate to Conversations (Paubox Texting)
- At the bottom of the Compose section, you'll see a gray plus icon. Click it to attach a file.
- When you click the blue send button, the attachment(s) will be securely transmitted to the recipient, regardless of whether they have an iPhone or Android device.

What's next?: Next up, we're next building support for generative AI within Paubox Texting. This will effectively make Paubox Texting an AI agent.
What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.
