Our final day at the Sony Open began with a gorgeous double rainbow over the 17th green and only got better from there. We had fantastic attendance at the Paubox Chalet, and the entire day was a success for the entire team, our guests, and Nick Taylor (the winner of the 2025 Sony Open).
What's happening: For the first time, we have an elevated hospitality chalet next to our customer, Hawaii Dental Service, on the 17th hole of the Sony Open.
Thoughts and takeaways: Congratulations to Nick Taylor on his fifth PGA tour win, thanks to a chip-in eagle on the 72nd fairway at the Waialae Country Club.
Sunday, the final day, was our busiest day of the tournament, and the Paubox Chalet was so filled with customers and guests that we had to remove the tables to create more space.
The chalet had such a festive atmosphere that guests at other chalets came to learn more about Paubox and what we do.
My personal highlight was chatting to customer Chelsea Weyer of AbleNet, who came by specially to share what she loves about Paubox, saying, "We like Paubox because we don't really know that it's there. We take emails from SalesForce and relay them through Paubox, and it's done."
The Waialae Country Club staff and the Sony Open team were wonderful to work with.
Every customer I spoke to mentioned how much they appreciate the support team at Paubox.
While we had many golf fans at the chalet, many other guests were there simply to spend time with Hoala and the Paubox team. The Paubox foundations includes customer feedback. We use customer feedback as our roadmap of what to build and when to build it and we used today as an opportunity to learn more about what we can do for our customers.
Getting to spend time with customers and friends (both old and new) was an incredible experience. I and the entire Paubox team had an amazing Sony Open 2025 and we appreciate everyone who came to hang with us.
