Our second day at the Sony Open was fantastic. We expected the day to be exciting as Paubox customers came through to talk about golf and HIPAA email encryption. And it was!
What's happening: For the first time, we have an elevated hospitality chalet next to our customer, Hawaii Dental Service, on the 17th hole of the Sony Open.
Key takeaways: We'd invited customers to stop by the chalet, enjoy food and drink with us, and, of course, watch the top-notch golf. We had great discussions with customers about Paubox and email, but the best aspect of the day was simply spending time with great people who care about their clients and patients.
It's always good to hear about the issues that matter to our customers, and top of mind was the upcoming changes to the HIPAA Security Rule. Every customer we spoke to wants to keep patient data safe, and Paubox's secure email is part of that.
Other discussions were about how AI can help with email security, email delivery best practices, and how Paubox API can help healthcare marketers build an omnichannel marketing engine.
