The Stellar Zentist Team
Last week I wrote about how the concentration of smart, driven folks in Silicon Valley is simply overwhelming and that it’s one of the things I love most about being here. The same of course, can also be said for San Francisco.

Team Zentist: Stuck on #Beastmode
Pizza Delivery to the Zentist Team
Yesterday I dropped off a pizza to the Zentist team at 500 Startups. They've been helping us out a lot recently and I thought it would be a good idea to drop off lunch to them. The Zentist team has been stuck on #beastmode ever since we met during Batch 18 at 500 Startups. I figured if they didn't need to worry about lunch for a day, that would be a good endeavor. Zentist makes it easy for people to find the cost of dental implants.
New Connections at Modernist
Chillaxin with Lea Wiviott Boracchia at Modernist
Later in the day, I met up with Lea Wiviott Boracchia at Modernist. I met Lea and her husband Marc thru Tyler Dornenburg of Leapcure ( patient recruitment made easy). Modernist is a private social club in SF. A "modern Cheers" experience, if you will. Turns out Lea has a drink named after her there, it's aptly called "The Lea." That's pretty cool. Lea is a big proponent of Women's leadership and is an active angel investor.
We had an engaging discussion on a wide range of topics:
- Lea is part of Junior League SF
- Amazon is good place to get Easter bunny costumes
- Kayak fishing as a silent auction item
- I learned about Howard vs. Heidi (Columbia Business School study)
