Honolulu, HI - I met with Diane Paloma (CEO) and Colbert Seto (CIO) of Hawaii Dental Service earlier this week. We reviewed the Paubox roadmap and I gathered customer feedback.
What's happening: Over lunch earlier this year, Diane invited me to come visit their new office in downtown Honolulu.
Select takeaways:
- Colbert and I are both proud graduates of McKinley High School
- Colbert suggested we develop a consumer-level explanation of how Paubox is HIPAA compliant. I'm thinking an infographic would be apt.
- Colbert suggested a couple improvements to the weekly/daily email reports we send
- Re: return to office (RTO), HDS is essentially five days a week
Why it matters: Customer feedback is a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations, which are principles and values we care intensely about.
The bottom line: Visiting customers and sharing the Paubox roadmap is a fantastic way to gather feedback.
