Visiting Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board: the Paubox roadmap
Hoala Greevy July 21, 2023
I visited the IT staff at Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board today in Arizona.
What's happening: I have an OKR this quarter of visiting ten of our Top 100 customers. FDIHB is second on my list.
By the numbers:
- I arrived in Albuquerque last night and drove a rental car two and half hours to Fort Defiance this morning.
- Brandon Benallie shared a feature request regarding email security. If we can deliver, it would help him sleep better at night (that's what we're about!)
- HIPAA compliant forms are a need, especially if the submitted data does not require a portal to access it.
- FDIHB serves seven communities
- They like Paubox Geofencing, as they don't do business with many foreign countries.
- Brandon and Andrew Benallie took me out to lunch and a jewelry shop. Afterwards, we toured the Navajo Museum Library and Visitor's Center (see above pic)
Why it matters: Customer feedback is a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations, which are principles and values we care intensely about.
The bottom line: Visiting customers and sharing the Paubox roadmap is a fantastic way to gather feedback.
Get up. Dress up. Show up. And never give up.
