• After I refer someone, when will I see the credit?

  After your referral finishes the 14-day trial and becomes a customer, we'll apply your credit. That credit will go towards your next upcoming bill.

• How many referrals can I make?

  There are no limits to how many customers you can refer and how much referral credit you can earn. We'll add up your credits and apply them to your upcoming bills.

• How do I get the $100 for the Paubox badge?

  Download the badge, add the badge to your website, then email us at hello@paubox.com with the link to where the badge is on your site.

• When will I get my $100 credit for the badge?

  Prior to your next renewal, our team will check that the badge is on your website at the link you gave us. Once the badge is confirmed on your site, we'll apply that $100 credit to your renewal bill.

• How many times can I get the $100 Paubox badge credit?

  This is a one-time $100 credit.
