Our customers asked for an improved user experience and reporting analytics for Paubox Marketing, so we delivered an all-new look with an improved user experience. Paubox Marketing is unique since it allows healthcare marketers to send personalized emails to patients that include PHI.

Are you an existing Paubox Marketing customer?
Thank you for being a customer! Here are a couple other changes you will notice. The Sent page is now called Analytics on your left-hand navigation bar. You’ll still be able to see all of your sent emails on the Analytics dashboard, and any future campaigns will have the added benefit of additional data points and an email preview.
We are also enhancing user roles management in the admin panel to increase security and uniformity between our services. As a result, you may get logged out of the admin panel on your first visit to the new Analytics page under Paubox Marketing. Logging in ensures that your session refreshes under the new user role management.
