Paubox has once again been identified as one of the best email encryption products, based on its high levels of customer satisfaction and likeliness to recommend ratings from real users on G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business solutions review website.
Paubox achieved High Performer ranking on the three categories in the December 2018 report by receiving positive reviews, from verified users compared to similar products in the Data Security, Encryption and Secure Email Gateway categories. For inclusion in the report a product must have received ten or more reviews.
The high customer reviews is driven by Paubox’s focus on making HIPAA compliant email easy to use. Paubox achieved an 8.68 overall score on the Relationship Index. Ratings were highlighted by ‘Quality of Support’, which scored 3.38, and Paubox’s ‘Ease of Doing Business With’ was 3.48 compared to the category average of 2.82.
The Relationship Index is calculated based on ten or more reviews and five responses for each of the relationship-related questions.
