About Rose-Marie Nsahlai
Nsahlai is a senior technical advisor with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). She is responsible for ensuring that electronic protected health information (ePHI) is secure and protected in the interoperable learning healthcare system.
Nsahlai has over two decades of experience supporting technology, information security, and cybersecurity efforts in many industries. She has spent the last 14 years in healthcare leading clinical and technical teams in large-scale IT transformation efforts.
With deep technical experience in security testing and organizational architecture, Nsahlai understands how to build, secure, and integrate electronic health records, and medical and diagnostic devices, using standards from IEEE, HL7, and ISO.
