List-Unsubscribe header support

A List-Unsubscribe header displays an unsubscribe button at the top of an email that recipients can click to stop receiving your messages.  Using one raises your credibility as a sender. It also decreases the likelihood that recipients will flag your email as spam by offering a prominent alternative to the "mark as spam" button.  This avoids a negative impact on your spam score, which affects your email deliverability.

 

Email analytics

Paubox Email API returns the delivery status and delivery time of your emails.  It also displays the open status and open time if there is a single recipient. 

 

Attachments and embedded images

Our solution also supports adding attachments to your transactional emails and embedding images into the email body.

 

Optimized email deliverability

Paubox supports a number of features to successfully deliver your emails. Some of your recipients will block emails without an SPF record or send them to a spam folder.  Adding Paubox to your email domain's SPF record verifies that Paubox's servers have been approved to send emails on behalf of your domain. Paubox also supports DKIM, which authenticates emails through a pair of public and private cryptographic keys.  DKIM discourages spammers from spoofing email domains and protects recipients from email phishing attacks.

 

Optional additional layer of security

One of the biggest benefits of all our HIPAA compliant email products ( Paubox Email Suite. Paubox Marketing, and also Paubox Email API) is that patients receive your emails directly to their inboxes. For recipients with email addresses that do not support TLS encryption, they receive an email with a link to a secure website where they can view the message.  This is still a vastly superior user experience to other HIPAA compliant email providers which require passwords and portals to view a message. However, sometimes our customers feel that their messages are so sensitive that they want to require all recipients to view an email in a secure webpage instead of directly in the inbox, or they want to require a password and/or two-factor authentication. These options can be toggled on and off from a customer's admin panel.
