The Paubox 2022 Hawaii Retreat
All systems go! The Paubox 2022 Retreat in Hawaii is a success. Over forty employees from all over the US gathered this week in Honolulu at the stunning Hilton Hawaii Village in Waikiki.
Although Paubox has an office in San Francisco and a workspace in Honolulu, most of its team works remotely. Paubox’s low turnover and positive work environment result from leadership’s commitment to engage, inspire, and support employees.

A great night at The Pacific Club
Last night the Paubox crew enjoyed the hospitality of The Pacific Club. The evening was an incredible night under the stars. Hoala Greevy, Paubox founder, is a member and graciously hosted the event. The team at The Pacific Club greeted us with open arms, providing outstanding service as always, and the food and beverages were spectacular.

Memorable team events
Afterward, over thirty Pauboxers took time out to sing karaoke. There may not be any pending record contracts, but a great time was had by all.
This morning some Pauboxers took off to go fishing while the rest of the team took a bus to Kualoa Ranch to soak in the breathtaking natural beauty of Hawaii. The staff and guides at Kulaoa Ranch were a highlight as they shared stories and lore of Hawaii that emphasized the value of ‘ohana and the spirit of aloha. The Paubox crew is grateful for the opportunity to take in the wisdom of the Native Hawaiian culture. Especially now as the team cherishes this time together, creating new friendships and connections.
