Yesterday I hung out with Ryan Winchester of Heritage Management Services in downtown Albuquerque.
What's happening: I have an OKR this quarter of visiting ten of our Top 100 customers. Heritage MSI is third on my list.
By the numbers:
- Heritage MSI are strong believers of Net Promoter Scores.
- Ryan's wife was born at FDIHB (I visited them last week)
- Ryan needs a way to tag incoming emails across his entire base of users
- Ryan really likes Paubox Geofencing, would like to see more countries added to the list.
- HIPAA compliant forms are a need, as their existing forms vendors are not sufficient.
Why it matters: Customer feedback is a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations, which are principles and values we care intensely about.
The bottom line: Visiting customers and sharing the Paubox roadmap is a fantastic way to gather feedback.
