Read receipts added to Paubox Texting

Paubox Texting now supports read receipts. This applies to HIPAA compliant text messages sent to both iPhone and Android devices.

What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.

• Via customer feedback, we quickly learned replies were the missing feature that’s needed the most. We then built it.

• Customers also asked us to include support for read receipts. We shipped that today.

What's next?: Next up, we're next building out support for attachments.

Why it matters: We believe the market wants an omnichannel, HIPAA compliant communication solution. We know this because our customers are asking for it.
