Specify a list of contacts of whom to send it to and hit send.
Next, an SMS message gets sent to the recipient from the Paubox short code (728269). It contains a secure link to view the message in the Secure Message Center.
Once in the Secure Message Center, recipients can see prior Paubox Texts from the sender, receive new messages on the fly, and even send attachments.
What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.
What's next?: We plan to build drip campaign support for Paubox Texting. In other words, customers will be able to create a drip campaign and send either HIPAA compliant email and/or HIPAA compliant text messages to the same contact, based on customer criteria.
