Conversation threads are now fully supported in Paubox Texting, both for iPhone and Android devices.
How it works:
Paubox Texting supports conversations for iPhones by default.
Paubox Texts sent to an Android are automatically detected. The message and any attachments are then securely uploaded to the Paubox Secure Message Center.
Next, an SMS message gets sent to the recipient from the Paubox short code (728269). It contains a secure link to view the message in the Secure Message Center.
Once in the Secure Message Center, recipients can see prior Paubox Texts from the sender, receive new messages on the fly, and even send attachments.
What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.
