Texting campaigns added to Paubox Texting

HIPAA compliant texting campaigns are now supported in Paubox Texting. In addition to conversation threads, customers can now send a secure text to a list of Paubox Marketing contacts.

How it works:

• Start a texting campaign within the Paubox Dashboard.
• Specify a list of contacts of whom to send it to and hit send.
• Next, an SMS message gets sent to the recipient from the Paubox short code (728269). It contains a secure link to view the message in the Secure Message Center.
• Once in the Secure Message Center, recipients can see prior Paubox Texts from the sender, receive new messages on the fly, and even send attachments.

What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.

What's next?: We plan to build drip campaign support for Paubox Texting. In other words, customers will be able to create a drip campaign and send either HIPAA compliant email and/or HIPAA compliant text messages to the same contact, based on customer criteria.
