Challenge
For any business, growth is always a key goal, but with that comes growing pains. For Southwest Autism & Behavioral Solutions, a particular pain point came in the form of its email server.
The email server had been outsourced, and the hosting company provided insufficient storage for the growing social services provider.
In addition, because communications with hospitals and insurers often contained protected health information (PHI), the company also needed a way to send HIPAA compliant email.
Solution
After researching other providers, Southwest Autism & Behavioral Solutions chose Paubox Email Suite Premium to best serve its needs.

Paubox uses transport layer security (TLS) encryption and is HITRUST CSF certified. The company's email solutions don't use portals and they don't rely on specific keywords in the subject line; every email is encrypted automatically. Recipients receive an email directly to the inbox, no password required.
In particular, Fessenden pointed out that Paubox’s encryption solution was unique compared to other vendors because it wrapped the domain with AES encryption.
Paubox Email Suite Premium's additional features offer email security and protection against display name spoofing to prevent Southwest Autism & Behavioral Solutions from falling victim to an email breach.
