Conversation threads are now fully supported in Paubox Texting, both for iPhone and Android devices.
How it works:
- Paubox Texting supports conversations for iPhones by default.
- Paubox Texts sent to an Android are automatically detected. The message and any attachments are then securely uploaded to the Paubox Secure Message Center.
- Next, an SMS message gets sent to the recipient from the Paubox short code (728269). It contains a secure link to view the message in the Secure Message Center.
- Once in the Secure Message Center, recipients can see prior Paubox Texts from the sender, receive new messages on the fly, and even send attachments.
What's happening: We launched Paubox Texting during day one of ViVE 2024 Los Angeles conference in February. The initial launch solely included the ability to send HIPAA compliant texts via API.
